What we actually do

Website design, local SEO and content writing, plus the conversion work that stops the first two leaking. That's the whole list. We don't run social media, we don't do PR, and we don't manage ad accounts as a side line — those are real disciplines and doing them badly alongside three others helps nobody.

Why local businesses specifically

Because local search behaves differently from everything else. Proximity, profile completeness and reviews drive outcomes far more than domain authority and backlinks do. Agencies running a national playbook on a local business produce traffic from the wrong places and reports full of numbers that never become customers.

Where we started, and where we work now

We began in Singapore. It is a small market and an unforgiving one to learn local search in — everyone checks reviews and photographs before going anywhere, and the whole island sits inside a forty-five minute journey, so a business competes with far more rivals than its own neighborhood holds. You either become genuinely better than the next result or you do not get found.

That turned out to travel well. The United States is where we focus now: a far larger market, the same mechanics, and a great many good businesses losing customers to competitors who simply show up first. We still work in Singapore, and we take on clients elsewhere when the work fits and we think we can do it properly.

How we work across time zones

Our clients are mostly in the US, which is worth saying plainly rather than hiding. We're thirteen hours ahead of the East Coast. We're not going to pick up at two in the afternoon your time, and we won't pretend otherwise.

What we do instead: recorded walkthroughs rather than status calls, written updates you can read on your own schedule, and a guaranteed response window each business day. Work happens while you sleep and lands in your inbox before you're up. Scheduled calls run on your hours, not ours.

How we price

Fixed scope, fixed monthly. No hourly billing, no percentage of spend, no surprise line items. Anything outside scope gets quoted before it gets done.

Retainers are month to month. If we stop earning it, leave. Contracts that lock people in tend to be a substitute for results.

What we won't do

Buy reviews. Build doorway pages. Publish AI-generated content under your name. Promise page one in thirty days. Report impressions and call it growth. All of these work briefly and cost more than they return.
