Privacy policy
What personal data NEOURIXA collects through our websites and social accounts, why, and how to ask us to see, correct or delete it.

This policy explains how NEOURIXA (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data through neourixa.com, sg.neourixa.com and our social media accounts, including Instagram (@neourixa). We are based in Singapore and handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Audit and health check requests. Your name, business name, industry, the area you serve, your current website and your email address. On sg.neourixa.com we also collect an optional mobile number, your consent, and the campaign tag of the link you arrived from (for example, a flyer or ad link).
- Messages you send us. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram direct message, we receive the message and the contact details that come with it.
- Technical data. When you visit our sites, our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested, so it can deliver and secure the site. We only see this as aggregated visitor counts.
We don’t ask for sensitive personal data such as NRIC numbers, health or financial information. Please don’t send it to us.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the audit or health check you asked for, and to reply to you about it.
- To answer your messages and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
- To understand which channels bring enquiries, using the campaign tag.
- To keep our sites secure and working.
We don’t sell personal data and we don’t use it to build advertising profiles. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies and tracking
Our sites don’t set advertising or analytics cookies and don’t use tracking pixels. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some scripts from cdnjs, and those providers receive your IP address as part of delivering the files to your browser.
Instagram and other social media
We use Instagram’s official API only to publish our own posts to @neourixa and to read basic information about our own account, such as its username and publishing limits. We don’t use it to collect information about people who view, like or comment on our posts. If you comment on or message our accounts, Meta processes that under its own privacy policy. We use what you send us only to reply to you.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as they need it:
- Cloudflare: hosts our sites and stores enquiry form submissions.
- Resend: sends us an email notification when a new enquiry arrives.
- Meta: WhatsApp and Instagram, when you contact us there.
- Google: serves the fonts on our sites, and handles any Google Business Profile work you ask us to do as a client.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Our service providers may store and process data outside Singapore, including in the United States. When we transfer data overseas, we use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and follow up. If an enquiry doesn’t lead to work, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact with you. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as accounting and legal requirements need.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to give you access to the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw your consent and delete it. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you withdraw consent before we finish an audit, we may not be able to complete it. We handle these requests the same way wherever you live.
Security
Our sites use HTTPS, and only password-protected admin access can view stored enquiries. No system is completely secure, but we limit what we collect and who can see it.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
